aat events organises a range of events across the southeast including adventure running, road running and cycle sportives. We also put on charity runs and organise corporate sports events.

Toby Jenkins: Company Owner
Toby established allabouttriathlons Ltd in 2004 having previously been a Customer Services Manager for Marks and Spencers and an Executive Search Consultant, EMEA. Having taken part in numerous events including ironman distance triathlons, Toby was keen to enable other people to take part in outdoor sporting events, and set about creating fun events which athletes of all abilities can take part in. Career highlights include the XTTriathlon series, and the sell out Fitstuff G3 series.
Fun Fact: Toby has three young boys who already look like they will grow up to be faster than their Dad!
Born, bred, and regularly training in the Surrey Hills, Rory lives and breathes sport events! He is the co-founder of AAT events and has been involved with all the events since the first G3 in 2004. He is the Surrey Hills Route Manager for the Ride London cycle event, Route Designer/Planner for Vodafone’s Big Bold Challenge 2014, and was the Operations Manager for Xterra England 2015. He’s raced all over the world in triathlons, adventure races, road bike races, mountain bike races and completed lots of sportives. Unfortunately he still continues to take the hits from the bike crashes!
Fun Fact: He is a qualified personal trainer who is always delighted to assist you with preparation for your challenges!
Hollie Light: Marketing and Social Media Assistant
Hollie is the newest member of the team. She graduated with a degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences from the University of Leeds in 2013, where aside from her studies she worked as part of a committee to host national Wakeboarding competitions. Keen to pursue a career in sports events management, she has since played both operational and marketing roles for a range of competitive Running, Multisport and Watersports events. Although she has a competitive background in X-C and Athletics, her favourite sports include Wakeboarding, Snowboarding, Rowing, and Triathlon.
Fun Fact: Hollie is also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist!
Linda Cairns: Marshal Coordinator
Linda has marshalled for aat events since 2006 specialising in coordinating marshals at bigger events. Linda also pops up at numerous local events – she established Clandon Park 10k, and Guildford parkrun. She was a Games Maker Team Leader at the Olympics and was Volunteer Manager for the World Orienteering Championships when they were in Scotland in 2015.
Fun Fact: Linda has also set up a parkrun for kids on Sunday’s at Stoke Park, Guildford!
Dave Rollins: Race Director – Brutal Run
Dave Rollins is a full time event manager and sports coach; he is the Race Director for the Brutal race series and Safety Officer for many of the aat events. Current responsibilities include coach to the British Military Pentathlon, instructing Army personnel on orienteering and Team manager for the GB Orienteering senior team. Other recent accomplishments include route planner for Sport Relief 2011 Arc to Arc Challenge and celebrity Lands End to John O’Groats cycle challenge.
Fun Fact: Dave is a four-times National Orienteering Champion and Farnham Half Marathon champion!
