Entry Age Criteria
5km - must be 10 or older on race day.
10km - must be 13 or older on race day.
15km - must be 16 or older on race day.
2km kids race - must be 6 or older on race day. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

What to wearTrainers:
This is a trail-race, therefore, we recommend trail-running shoes are worn. You can purchase these from Fitstuff preferably no later than 4 weeks before the event to give your feet a chance to adjust. For the best results make sure to take advantage of their free and professional shoe-fitting service. We specifically recommend the Asics Metaride or the Asics Kayano 26 models as great running shoes.
