If you are looking for a way to build strength, endurance and help reduce the risk of injury then look no further than the new small group Pilates classes at Fitstuff Clinic. Regular Pilates training does more than strengthen your core, it also strengthens your arms, legs and back, helping you train for longer. A strong core can help you maintain your form in the late stages of a race or competition for better results.
The Fitstuff Clinic classes are designed for people who already have a basic level of fitness and are suitable for all abilities. With a particular focus on improving core strength, the large muscle groups of the quads and glutes and an emphasis on teaching you how to stretch muscles effectively the classes are a perfect complement to running training for any distance.
The classes run on a Monday evening at 6.30 pm and a Wednesday morning at 7.30am and are for a maximum of 8 people. Prices are £12.50 for 1 class, £55 for 5 classes or £100 for 10 classes. Pre-booking is essential and can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
If you prefer an individual class with 1-2-1 attention Fitstuff Clinic also offers private Pilates and Barre appointments. Train in a 1-2-1 session for 100% focus on your needs and goals.
