The event village and facilities are located at Woking Leisure Centre, Woking, GU99 9BA
Travel / Road Closures
We strongly encourage walking, cycling or running to this event if possible. There are plenty of bike racks available for you to lock your bike, as well as lockers and changing facilities.
As deemed necessary by local authorities for the safety of all road users, clearways (no stopping/ waiting) and road closures (prohibition of vehicles) will be in effect from 06:00 and 07:30 respectively on 7 March 2021 and re-opened within a few hours. We apologise for the inconvenience caused; please be advised that we can plan to facilitate urgent pre-planned journeys such as care visits or hospital appointments if you contact us by 12:00 on 5 March 2021. If you enter the event before 31 January 2021, you will receive a personalised race number (with integrated timing chip) in the post. If you enter the event after this date, simply collect your race number from the information tent on event day.
Bag storage facilities are not available at this event, due to Covid-19 safety.

Xempo Race Pacing
Xempo will be putting forward a team of experienced race pacers to keep you motivated throughout the run and perhaps even cross the finish line in a new personal best time.Xempo Pace team
Everyone has the best possible chance of completing the 5km or 13.1 mile challenge thanks to our Injury and Performance Partner Synergy Physiotherapy. Thanks to our partner lululemon Guildford, Mercer Surrey Half Marathon participants are invited to attend a complimentary pre-race guided meditation session with Bonnie from Rise lifecoaching. The 20-minute session starts promptly at 08:10 in the Wurlitzer Hall (along from Bag Storage) within Woking Leisure Centre. The visualisation is designed to enable anxious and nervous runners gain focus, release unwanted muscle tension, overcome feelings of overwhelm and replace negative self-talk with positive messages.Rise at Work
lululemon Guildford are hosting 30-minute stretch sessions in the Wurlitzer Hall (along from Bag Storage) within Woking Leisure Centre at 10:45 – 11:15 and 11:30 – 12:00. The sessions will run on a first-come, first-served basis, so please arrive in plenty of time if you wish to take part.Lululemon
