    An Event Plan will be drawn up covering all aspects your your event from risk management to radio communications planning and management structure. Our experience with closed road Surrey Half Marathon shows we are proficient in managing regional and local government departments, town Councillors and the Emergency Services.

    aat events can lead on development of event course routes, venue layout design and construction, and show a full operational Event Plan for event day, including crowd flow, AV requirements, crew communications, to ensure the day is safe and all risks properly managed

Sponsor/VIP related activities, as well as awards and hospitality programs can be organised on your behalf as well.

    aat: events have a database of reliable and experienced crew to call upon. We can identify and manage positions required by your event and write attractive role descriptions to recruit the perfect candidate into roles. aat: events will manage the recruitment and training of local volunteers, and create volunteer recognition and/or incentive programs as required. Volunteer numbers can range from 10 to 600+ based on event needs
