NEW for 2021
We are teaming up with Circles Ticketing to provide all participants with the option to insure their entry tickets. Ticket insurance will be available for all 2021 events on tickets that are priced at £20 or more. Ticket insurance amounts to 10% of the full ticket price, including the service fee.
You cancel, we refund
If you purchase Circles Ticketing Insurance, you can cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the event start time. No justification required, no exclusion, you will be refunded in full within 72 hours. The assurance covers what is considered accidental and unexpected.
It is specified that any request for a refund of a ticket, which would be the consequence of the Covid-19, making the organisation or the access to the event impossible, are not covered. Covid-19 can no more be considered as an unpredictable and unforeseen event as defined at point 1.1.1 of the general conditions. Changes to our Terms & Conditions
If you wish to cancel your booking for an event taking place after 1st January 2021 and have not insured your ticket with Circle Ticketing Insurance, no refund will be permitted under any circumstances, unless requested within 7 working days of booking the ticket. Entry can not be transferred between runners and running our events ‘under’ someone else’s details will result in disqualification. View our full terms & conditions here.
How to insure your entry ticket
1. Fill out the entry form as normal and click ‘continue.’
2. Click ‘SHOW QUOTE.’
3. Tick both boxes and click ‘add ticket insurance.’
