What to wear

You must wear a HELMET. No Helmet, no ride!
The links to the routes are above. The beginning of the courses are fast and easy rolling. But you should save something in the tank for the end when the climbing starts... The short course will climb once, the medium course twice and the long course three times. The medium and long course will climb the lesser known Tanhurst lane, the steepest way up Leith Hill, which needs to be seen to be believed. All courses will go up Barhatch Lane.
