Two opportunities to take part in a fully supported, non-competitive road cycle ride through either the Surrey and Hampshire country lanes or the undulating roads of W. Sussex and challenging climbs of the Greensand Ridge aka The Surrey Hills!

A long and a short course on offer. Both will roll out of Surrey and into the Hampshire country side. The routes will be as they were in 2014 with feed-stations at Tilford and Headley.

A long, medium and short course on offer. All will roll and wind their way through and over the Surrey Hills. Prepare for some fierce climbing... and lots of cake! Find out more.

Registration, where you sign on, will open at 7am.
Collect your time chip and bike number from registration in the main reception of The Surrey Sports Park.
Lots of free parking at the Surrey Sports Park.
Surrey Sports Park - Guildford is the nearest train station. The Surrey Sports Park is a short bike ride out of town in the Cathedral and hospital direction. When you get near follow the signs.
What to wear
Whatever you feel comfortable in to cycle your preferred distance.
You must wear a HELMET. No Helmet, no ride!

The courses for both dates are the same as 2014.
So rolling hills, green meadows, quiet hamlets, great road surfaces on the majority of the roads, feed-stations and the odd challenging climb....

Electronic chip card timing.
First Aid will be patrolling the course in their response vehicle. The number of the event director will be at registration. Be sure to save it to your phone and make sure you take your phone with you! If in the unlikely event you are involved in an accident, dial 999 if you can. There will also be first aid kits at the feed stations.
Toilet facilities will be available at the start, at each feed station and at the finish. If you do need to go in between feed-stations, please find a discreet spot - i.e. behind a tree, in the bushes, out of sight and away from local resident's driveways, hedges etc.
Manned feed stations will be stocked with homemade cake, GU Energy gels, energy drinks and water.
At the end there will be homemade cake and other refreshments as well as Starbucks in the Surrey Sports Park.
